Evaluate the system in your real production environment — not a demo.

The Precision Offset Helper™ and Shop Process Intelligence System™ are designed for actual shop-floor use. Instead of a sales demonstration, the system is installed on one production cell and evaluated under normal operating conditions.

The goal is simple: determine whether it provides real value before any adoption decision is made.

What Happens During the 90 Days

• Installed on one selected machine or cell
• CMM reports connected to the system
• Operators trained on normal usage
• No machine control or automation changes
• Production continues normally

The system operates as an advisory tool only. Operators remain in full control of all machining decisions.

Why We Start With a Pilot

Most manufacturing software is shown in presentations or test environments. Production floors are different. Every machine, operator group, and process behaves differently.

The pilot allows the system to be evaluated in your actual environment so the decision is based on real results rather than assumptions.

What You Can Observe

• How operators use the guidance
• Troubleshooting response time
• Consistency of offset decisions
• Alarm recovery understanding
• Reduced reliance on specific individuals

What the Pilot Does NOT Require

• No production stoppage
• No machine modifications
• No control integration
• No permanent commitment
• Can be removed at any time

If the system does not provide benefit, it can be discontinued with no obligation.

Data Handling and Safety

All data remains inside the facility network.
The system does not control machines and does not automatically change offsets.
It provides guidance only.

Operators and engineers always retain authority over machining decisions.

After the Evaluation Period

At the end of the 90-day period, the facility can:

• Continue using the system
• Expand to additional cells
• Or remove the system

The purpose of the pilot is to make the decision based on real shop experience rather than speculation.
